How much for Shipping?

We are offering free shipping on all orders within the United States

Delivery Time

All the orders will be ready to ship in 3~5 business day, you will receive an order confirmation notification after the order is placed.

After the package is shipped out, it takes around 7~9 business day for the package to arrive.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

(items which diameter less than 127 cm or 50inches)

Ocean Shipping For Large Products, (items which diameter larger than 127cm or 50 inches)
Ocean Shipping time:35-45 natural day

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification from our shop with the tracking number and the tracking link.

Usually, packages will be sent by UPS/DHL/Fedex, it will take around 7~9 business day to arrive, if you are not able to locate the package, please contact us at support@sunrlighting.com with your order number, we will investigate for you.

Please do not put P.O. boxes as the delivery address

Detail delivery address will be needed for delivery, instead of providing the P.O. boxes, please provide the detail delivery address to make sure packages can be successfully dispatched, most of the carriers have limitations on delivery to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Sunrlighting is offering a 30 days return policy, if the item is unused and in original condition. 

After the order is delivered, please make sure to inspect the goods within 30 days.
